Leaving Monaco Heading for Portofino aboard the 12m Emilia with only 2 onboard meant we were going with reduced canvass but what a joy to sail along the beautiful Ligurian coast. I had never been so it was extra special to arrive in this incredible natural harbour to find 4 beautiful Fife yachts Tuiga, The Lady Anne, Mariska and Hispania making the scene even more picturesque during this week long rather special regatta. The regatta was hosted by Yacht Club Italiano with there outpost in Portofino.
